Job Description• Assist in planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.• Support the facilitation of Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage the project backlog, ensuring efficient workflow and delivery.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.• Contribute to the development and implementation of performance metrics to track project success and identify areas for improvement.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, to ensure project requirements are met.• Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks, escalating them as necessary to ensure project continuity.• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance Agile knowledge and project management skills.• Contribute to the preparation and presentation of project reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of project status and outcomes.
Job Requirements• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.• 1-3 years of experience in project management or Agile development methodologies.• Agile Certified Professional, PMP or SCRUM Master certified is preferred.• Basic understanding of Agile practices and principles, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
