Our flagship product, ClearVantage, is a comprehensive SaaS solution that provides cross-functional enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, member relationship management, data warehouse and analysis tools, targeted marketing, workflow management, electronic commerce and web content management in one integrated solution.
Euclid Technology is in search of a highly motivated, organized, and technically astute Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The PM provides overall leadership for the project, including managing the client relationship and 3rd party vendors, facilitating the internal project team, and coordinating resources and schedules.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver successful implementation projects and satisfied clients
- Become an expert/power user of ClearVantage and build domain knowledge in key areas such as membership, events, accounting, and integrations
- Facilitate collaboration internally and externally; coordinate and corral stakeholders; represent Euclid professionally with clients and 3rd parties
- Implement project process and identify improvements
- Manage risks and control project scope
- Plan, prepare, and lead discovery meetings
- Create a project plan incorporating the client’s business objectives
- Ensure effective project documentation and status reporting
- Plan data migration and system configuration, hold team and client accountable to the plan
- Facilitate maximum effective use of system baseline vs. customized solutions
- Prepare and smoothly execute the training and go-live plan
- Ensure project staff timesheets support billing process and hours reporting
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Project management and risk management skills
- Leadership and team facilitation
- Tool proficiency: MS Office, Wrike or similar
- Must be willing to travel; travel depends on client location (travel expected to be 10-20%)
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of experience using and/or implementing enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, AMS, ERP)
- Experience in the membership/nonprofit/association industry using an AMS (give examples)
- PMP or similar preferred
