Join JPMorganChase as a Project Manager and help deliver high-impact initiatives that advance strategic priorities, business transformation, and operational efficiency.This role sits in the Project Management Office (PMO) within Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO), which is responsible for the firmwide supplier oversight program that helps ensure the effective and controlled use of third parties across JPMorganChase.
As a Project Manager within Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO), you will plan and manage multiple high-visibility projects end-to-end.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives from inception through closure, including scope, timeline, and delivery outcomes.
- Define success criteria and track progress against agreed milestones and performance measures.
- Create and execute project plans using standard templates, including milestones, tasks, dependencies, and risks.
- Partner with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to drive alignment, decisions, and delivery.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, working sessions, and feedback forums to support successful execution.
- Ensure business needs are accurately translated into clear, actionable technology and/or process requirements.
- Maintain and report on RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including escalation and mitigation planning.
- Produce weekly status reporting and deliver clear updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with CTPO SMEs and cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Controls, Reporting, and Data Science) to prioritize work and coordinate delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI) and common project management tools.
- Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within financial services and/or technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes.
- Experience leading technology-centric projects, including creating data-driven impact analyses and leadership-ready narratives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including managing competing priorities and expectations in parallel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience delivering technology centric projects.
- Basic understanding of the SDLC and interest in leveraging new digital tools to improve productivity and collaboration.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., GenAI and agent-based automation) for process efficiency.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Google Project Management certification (PMPC).
- Experience delivering projects in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability to identify key concerns, conduct independent analysis, and develop mitigation plans and actionable recommendations.
