Project Manager (PM) responsible for initiation, execution and delivery of mission critical radio communications systems and its extended portfolio aspects (Camera, access control, Software). Projects typically take place in the Middle East and Africa however; some can take place in International depending on project nature.     

Ability to communicate (written and oral) in both French and Arabic is a mandatory requirement, consistent with the French speaking countries located in the Middle East, Northern Africa and elsewhere, as needed.

Utilization of PM tools and techniques to include schedule, critical path analysis, budget, change order, risk assessment, action item log, etc.  Able to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions for issues related to any assigned project(s). 

The PM maintains full responsibility for resource allocation in order to meet project objectives, corporate financial commitments, and customer satisfaction goals. 

The PM is responsible for direct communication to the customer’s organization and relevant senior stakeholders internally by conducting meetings, project reviews throughout the life of the project. In addition, the PCR maintains full responsibility for the project financials, revenue commitments and margin goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phased project or program based activities.  Manages work activities of project team to include Order Management, Engineering, Finance and Customer Facing technical teams.
• Have an understanding of technical solution being implemented and identify any gaps to be enhanced by Engineering teams
• Demonstrates a firm understanding of all 10 areas of PMBOK project management. Experienced in running project phases and able to oversee development of the complete project plan. Is able to establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances and develop action plans as required.
• Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role.
• A project manager is accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives within the stipulated time period and budget. Ensures that the three constraints (quality, cost and time) that face every project are properly managed.
• Involved in the recruitment and management of project staff including project reporting, administration and communication.
• Able to travel to geographically-challenged areas within the sub Saharan area of operations, specifically to support deployments up 35% of time
• Manage and control all financial aspects of the project, to include revenue, cash and margin 
• Facilitate and participate in business reviews to include weekly, monthly and annual reports. 

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of project management experience or 8+ years of project/program management or engineering experience
• PMP Certified (or similar - PRINCE) is an additional benefit

• English, French and Arabic - excellent oral and written skills
• Customer facing skills, influencing skills, planning and organization skills, attention to details, teamwork
• Financial literacy
• Desire to learn 
• Experience with at least one of the following: Public Safety communications systems, Cellular infrastructure, Military communications, Civil construction or IT Networks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint & Primavera P6) and Google suite
