Together, the combined firm offers expanded capabilities across industries and end-to-end project delivery- from early-stage strategy through design, construction, and occupancy.

Our Life Sciences team supports the development of cutting-edge laboratory, research, and biotech facilities across the country, working with clients to deliver technically complex and mission-critical environments.

As a Project Manager, you will work directly with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to manage planning, design, and construction activities for new builds, renovations, and tenant improvements in the life sciences sector.

  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability
  • Provide ongoing analysis of budget and schedule impacts, including review of changes and potential risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee construction activities in collaboration with design teams to ensure compliance with contract documents and quality standards
  • Support value engineering efforts and evaluate alternative solutions with clients and project teams
  • Coordinate peer reviews and specialty consultants as needed for complex project requirements
  • Authorize and support the processing of contracts, purchase orders, and progress payment applications
  • Monitor construction progress and report on project status, risks, and issues
  • Manage project closeout activities to ensure successful completion and turnover
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, development, or construction management, ideally within life sciences or complex commercial real estate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field

  • Ability to interpret and evaluate architectural and engineering documentation
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Experience supporting contract negotiation, administration, and procurement processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What Sets You Apart

  • You bring strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to client and team interactions
  • You are confident operating in complex, fast-moving project environments
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing budgets and schedules
  • You approach challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset
  • You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including clients and design/construction leaders
