These partnerships enhance our card portfolio through integrated travel and lifestyle benefits. Additionally, Chase Travel oversees significant strategic alliances with co-brand partners, our premium travel advisor community, and our online technology team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implements processes for direct hotel programs.
- Validates hotel partner submissions of rates and content.
- Supports external hotel partners throughout program onboarding.
- Assists internal Account Teams with partner communication and follow-up.
- Collaborates with Product to develop mapping processes for hotel rooms and content.
- Reviews online rates and content to ensure accuracy and a premium presence.
- Communicates effectively with hotel partners to gather necessary rates and content.
- Resolves escalations efficiently to ensure seamless Card Member experiences at point of sale.
- Conducts audits of rates, content, and benefit details.
- Maintains clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Connectivity and distribution background is advantageous.
- Experience in the travel industry, particularly in hotels or accommodations, is preferred.
- Partner or supplier management experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project success.
- Team player with robust project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
