This candidate will join a well-funded, fast-growing technology startup with the unique opportunity to help build out a critical function for the company.

As Project Manager, you will orchestrate the successful delivery of our software solutions, working at the intersection of Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the BuildOps platform.

What you will do:Project Leadership:

• Drive end-to-end project execution from planning to deployment
• Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage resource allocation and cross-functional team coordination

Project Planning & Control:

• Develop detailed work breakdown structures and resource-loaded project schedules
• Create and maintain comprehensive risk management and contingency plans
• Establish project budgets and monitor costs throughout implementation lifecycle

Performance Optimization:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies
• Conduct regular project health assessments and optimization reviews

Implementation Strategy Support:

• Develop comprehensive implementation support plans aligned with customer needs
• Create and maintain project documentation and progress tracking systems
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks

Stakeholder Management:

• Facilitate communication between engineering teams and customers
• Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or technology
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• PMP certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including microservices, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to change
