Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Project Manager join Experian's creative agency The Cooler, which just so happens to be in-house. We're a diverse group of creatives from some of the best A-list advertising agencies in the world. The Cooler handles Experian's entire scope of consumer-facing advertising and is looking to add to our expanding team.
As Project Manager, you'll be the liaison between The Cooler (Experian's in-house creative ad agency – responsible for everything from Superbowl spots to Digital and Social creative) and our partners by managing the creative process from the start to finish with a creative and efficient lens. Projects and disciplines include, paid digital, YouTube, organic social, video and minor broadcast. You will be responsible for multiple projects while managing scheduling, communications, collaboration, resourcing and other areas for each project. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will ensure the process is being followed by creatives and partners while ensuring the current brand, product and platform strategy is reflected in the creative work.
You'll have opportunity to:
- Use project management software
- Manage project intake, schedules and deliverable expectations
- Lead tri-weekly status/scrum meetings with The Cooler team
- Keeping internal clients informed
- Schedule project kick offs, internal and client reviews
- Manage compliance and legal reviews
- Help support in-house broadcast, digital and social production teams
- Final project QC
- Contribute to project scopes
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management, account management in a traditional or in-house advertising agency.
- Experience with project management practices and tools to manage project performance.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
