We are looking for a Contractor, Project Manager, to support our Corporate Marketing team temporarily, starting in July 2025. This contract will run for approximately 12 to 15 weeks (about 480 total hours), providing continuity in marketing and supporting our Corporate B2B Marketing efforts.
In this role, you’ll support our demand generation efforts and play a vital part in coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
Expected Hours: 480 hours over 12–15 weeks

From comprehensive project plans to weekly status updates, you’ll keep information organized, accessible, and transparent to support team success. - Focusing on the Details:
You’ll lead quality reviews to ensure every deliverable meets expectations—because details matter just as much as the big picture. - Championing Collaboration:
This role touches nearly every part of the business. You’ll partner closely with marketing, design, content, and tech teams to bring integrated campaigns to life. - Maintaining Brand Consistency:
You’ll help ensure every campaign reflects Scorpion’s brand—polished, cohesive, and aligned with our voice and values. - Continuously Learning and Improving:
You’ll track project outcomes, evaluate what worked (and what didn’t), and apply those insights to improve future campaigns.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager within a marketing or advertising agency or internal marketing team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. Click-Up is preferred/ a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
