What You'll Do:
In this key, new role as Sr. Program Manager (Loyalty Programs), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and expansion of the newly created customer certification program. This is a pivotal role that will work cross functionally with marketing, customer success, and product to support program design, customer enrollment, member activation, analytics and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage the membership database, logo usage, communications to membership and the membership lifecycle
  • Manage analytics for the program to ensure consistency in reporting
  • Support program growth through strategic thought leadership
  • Support program rollout and adoption efforts across geographies, ensuring strong operational alignment and readiness
  • Help develop and support programming in support of this customer certification program including identifying potential brand ambassadors
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in the loyalty space

What you'll need:
  • Proven track record, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, or customer success with a focus on customer advocacy and/or developing and managing customer-based loyalty programs
  • Experience in the SaaS/Tech industry
  • Deep understanding of loyalty marketing, encompassing both program design and strategy
  • Experience working with Hubspot, Pendo, and Salesforce
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Strong written, oral communication skills and a dynamic presenter
  • Strategic thinker with disciplined creative passion and willingness to be hands on
  • Ability to travel for business up to 15%
