What you will be doing:

  • Analyze customer behavior, content performance, search performance, and business metrics to uncover opportunities that improve the customer experience and business results.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations, business cases, and prioritization frameworks that support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with analytics teams to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that track initiative effectiveness and business impact.
  • Identify customer pain points, content gaps, emerging trends, and continuous improvement opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate testing initiatives related to content, taxonomy, attribution, navigation, and product detail page enhancements.
  • Establish hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement approaches with cross-functional partners, then translate results into actionable recommendations and scalable best practices.
  • Support taxonomy structures, attribution frameworks, naming conventions, content standards, and governance processes that improve consistency and product discoverability.
  • Coordinate activities, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Search, SEO, Product, Analytics, Ecommerce, and Content teams to align priorities and execute initiatives.
  • Prepare and present performance insights, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and business partners.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, ecommerce, merchandising, digital optimization, or a related discipline.
  • Experience analyzing customer, content, or business performance data and translating findings into business recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or performance measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with ecommerce content management, taxonomy, attribution, digital merchandising, or content governance.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing testing or experimentation initiatives.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce search, SEO, product discovery, customer journey optimization, and digital experience best practices.
  • Experience building business cases, prioritization frameworks, and optimization roadmaps.
  • Experience supporting retail, omnichannel, or customer-facing digital environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale content, customer experience, or digital transformation initiatives.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.  In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
