The Project Management Business Analyst creates project management processes and templates to support consistent project delivery. - Create and maintain SOP's for project management processes.
- Review and audit project deliverables across the portfolio for adherence to standards and minimum quality levels.
- Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and requirement validation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution usability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience as a member of an Enterprise PMO.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, PowerBI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools.
- General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile scrum, SAFe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements.
- PMP, SAFe Agilist or CSM preferred.
