Position Summary:
As a member of the Business Integration & Change Management Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Inorganic Growth Strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the successful integration of newly merged firms into Cerity Partners. You will support the merger integration project manager by ensuring that new teams are smoothly and effectively integrated into Cerity Partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and maintain individual project plans for each merger.
Project manage and monitor the integration process across various workstreams for each merger.
Take detailed notes, update checklists, and send out action items related to all merger integration activities and tasks.
Help to facilitate introductory and training calls with various workstreams for each merger, including assisting with scheduling meetings to ensure timely and efficient coordination.
Prepare agendas for ongoing touchpoints with each merger team.
Update and maintain merger integration reporting materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date status information is available for all stakeholders.
Assist in creating presentations and deliverables for various audiences using PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1-4 years of work experience

Compensation Range:
$75,000-90,000
