About the Role:
As an Associate Director in our Project and Program Management Non-Technology job family, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to managers and senior professionals across multiple departments. You will be accountable for the overall performance and results of your areas of responsibility, ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives and executed to the highest standards. Your role will be instrumental in driving organizational excellence and achieving long-term success.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to managers and senior professionals.
• Oversee multiple related departments or project areas.
• Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate large, multifaceted projects.
• Develop and implement strategic project management frameworks.
• Oversee resource allocation and budget management across departments.
• Establish risk management protocols and procedures.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
• Report project and department performance to executive leadership.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $153,200 - $216,850
