What you will do:
- Set up and maintain project financial structures (FAS) in SAP aligned with approved contracts.
- Maintain revenue and billing milestones, project budgets, and planned costs.
- Perform customer invoicing (including credit/debit notes) and revenue recognition based on Proof of Delivery.
- Ensure correct revenue and cost recognition and clean closure of project objects in SAP.
- Act as a financial partner to project teams, aligning operational execution, financial performance, and compliance.
- Safeguard data integrity in SAP, identify revenue leakage and compliance gaps, and support internal/external audits.
- Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and digital initiatives (SAP enhancements, AI tools) across O2C and project finance.
Depending on your level of experience you will:
- Execute accounting and SAP activities.
- Analize possible solutions to standard problems using existing procedures and precedents.
The skills you bring:
- Experience in Finance, Project Controlling or Accounting.
- Understanding of revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and the O2C lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP / S/4HANA).
- Strong analytical and financial mindset, able to work across multiple projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced English (additional languages are a plus).
