  • Drive project success from contract to closeout, becoming fully versed in Client/STV agreements and ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations and business goals.

  • Provide executive-level oversight on marquee and complex projects, including large-scale higher education and healthcare programs with multiple stakeholders and long delivery timelines.

  • Partner with internal leadership to strengthen operational consistency, improve onboarding and team connectivity, and elevate project controls, reporting, and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure project earnings are realized or enhanced through disciplined staffing, proactive risk management, and effective change management.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of related industry experience, including senior leadership responsibility on complex construction or capital programs.

  • Proven success delivering projects within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and/or Higher Education sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, staffing plans, and profitability.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and executive-level communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in an Owner’s Project Management (OPM) or PM/CM consulting environment.

  • A strong seller‑doer mindset, with a track record of generating new business and expanding client relationships.

  • Experience supporting or negotiating professional services agreements.
