The Senior Scheduler will develop and maintain complex CPM construction schedules, support multiple projects, conduct risk analysis, and mentor junior staff while interfacing with clients.

Manage budgets, schedules, quality, shutdowns/tie-ins, stakeholder coordination, weekly OAC meetings, and construction means/methods while ensuring code compliance and client communication.

Lead technical scoping and delivery of GHG inventories, whole-building energy simulations, and multi-facility decarbonization roadmaps. Consolidate simulation toolchains, automate sustainability data integration, evaluate low-carbon systems, translate energy data for executive reporting, and manage sustainability software and R&D partnerships to advance building performance and compliance.

Support implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of digital project and construction management platforms. Collect and analyze project data to build reports and dashboards, support contract administration and project controls workflows, provide user training and adoption assistance, and collaborate with project teams to improve processes and digital delivery.
