Leads the design and delivery of HVAC and mechanical building systems across commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, government, and public-sector projects. Responsibilities include engineering calculations, equipment selection, energy modeling, construction documentation, code compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, client engagement, project planning, technical leadership, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires maintaining expertise in building technologies, energy codes, decarbonization strategies, and industry best practices.

Supports building and facility electrical design through field surveys, calculations, CAD modeling, power and lighting system design, fire alarm systems, technical documents, utility coordination, and construction project phases. The intern develops schematics and construction documents under senior engineer guidance, uses AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SKM, ETAP, and EasyPower, and assists with proposals, change orders, and client and departmental coordination.

Supports building and facility electrical design under senior engineer mentorship. Responsibilities include field surveys, electrical calculations, CAD modeling, power and lighting system design, fire alarm systems, grounding and lightning protection, construction documents, utility coordination, client interaction, and project support through construction close-out. The intern uses AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, and Microsoft Word.

Lead client-facing rail vehicle procurement and fleet modernization projects from planning through revenue service. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholder relationships, technical deliverables, testing, inspections, commissioning, and vehicle acceptance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manufacturers, contractors, and transit clients while supporting specifications, design reviews, factory inspections, and implementation. Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements. Travel may include client meetings, manufacturing inspections, testing, and project site visits.

The Senior Scheduler will develop and maintain complex CPM construction schedules, support multiple projects, conduct risk analysis, and mentor junior staff while interfacing with clients.

The Senior Engineering Operations Manager will guide transit agency clients on operational strategies, maintenance planning, and system readiness, leveraging extensive experience in public transit operations.

Support planning, design, analysis, and integration of electrical systems for transportation and infrastructure projects. Perform calculations, prepare drawings/specifications/reports, assist with field work, review submittals, support testing/commissioning, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support project management and professional development under senior engineer guidance.

Support implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of digital project and construction management platforms. Collect and analyze project data to build reports and dashboards, support contract administration and project controls workflows, provide user training and adoption assistance, and collaborate with project teams to improve processes and digital delivery.
