Teams at STV

Leads the design and delivery of HVAC and mechanical building systems across commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, government, and public-sector projects. Responsibilities include engineering calculations, equipment selection, energy modeling, construction documentation, code compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, client engagement, project planning, technical leadership, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires maintaining expertise in building technologies, energy codes, decarbonization strategies, and industry best practices.

Supports building and facility electrical design through field surveys, calculations, CAD modeling, power and lighting system design, fire alarm systems, technical documents, utility coordination, and construction project phases. The intern develops schematics and construction documents under senior engineer guidance, uses AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SKM, ETAP, and EasyPower, and assists with proposals, change orders, and client and departmental coordination.

Supports building and facility electrical design under senior engineer mentorship. Responsibilities include field surveys, electrical calculations, CAD modeling, power and lighting system design, fire alarm systems, grounding and lightning protection, construction documents, utility coordination, client interaction, and project support through construction close-out. The intern uses AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, and Microsoft Word.
