- Payroll Management:
- Monitor and manage daily payroll hours within Kronos to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Billing & Invoicing:
- Complete and submit MDFs (Master Data Forms) for approval.
- Reconcile monthly CPM bill rates to ensure billing accuracy.
- Update and maintain fixed price invoices as needed.
- Financial Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Reconcile labor hours on a weekly basis.
- Reconcile expense details to ensure accuracy and proper allocation.
- Create and submit journal entries as part of the month-end close process.
- Support month-end close activities, including reporting and variance analysis.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all financial documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of project accounting experience; professional services experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills that enable complex problems and solutions to be effectively articulated to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work with minimal direction in a highly collaborative manner to meet required deadlines and perform all necessary tasks.
- “Hands-on” professional with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
