• Appoint and manage project teams to meet client delivery requirements across various initiatives, including due diligence, new fit-out projects, office relocations, refurbishments, and rationalization programs.
• Ensure the successful and efficient delivery of assigned projects through established frameworks, maintaining accountability across all project teams.
• Provide guidance and intervention in cases of non-compliance, ensuring transparent communication and reporting with the client until resolution is achieved.
• Review and agree on individual project fee proposals in coordination with Turner & Townsend Country Leadership and the Client's Regional Team.
• Ensure all projects adhere to client processes and local legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain consistently high standards of quality and service delivery across all geographies and team members.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of project metrics in line with client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, standards, and delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure thorough preparation for and participation in project and regional meetings, facilitating clear communication of project requirements to all stakeholders.
• Work closely with regional functions to identify and address process inefficiencies, implementing improvements with full stakeholder alignment.

• Degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record as a Regional Project/Programme Manager, with experience delivering major corporate fit-out programs, particularly for clients in the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of core project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to support current and upcoming major projects in China.
• Solid background in project systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines while contributing proactively as part of a dedicated team.
