The role also supports business development, proposals, process improvement, staff mentoring, and delivery of best practices across commercial, workplace, life sciences, healthcare, education, and institutional projects.

Manage healthcare administrative and clinical real estate construction projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout. Responsibilities include developing scopes, budgets, schedules, bids, and risk plans; directing project teams; maintaining documentation governance and data integrity; tracking performance; reporting status; and advising clients. The role requires client interaction, resource procurement, quality control, risk mitigation, and occasional travel throughout the Eastern United States.
