Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute performance reports, including Customer Satisfaction metrics, Traffic Light Summaries, and IRIS risk/opportunity updates.
- Monitor Life Cycle Management phase/gate reviews and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate project data within the PIMMS system.
- Develop and support training content, including PowerPoint materials and PM Brown Bag syllabi.
- Assist with deep-dive evaluations of high-risk or under-performing programs.
- Complete various ad hoc tasks that support performance assurance initiatives.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (tables, formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or equivalent.
- Experience with performance metrics, reporting, or program analysis preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking capacity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using PIMMS or similar program management tools.
- Prior involvement in project management, program controls, or performance assurance roles
- Experience creating training content or supporting learning programs.
- Familiarity with IRIS or risk/opportunity management systems.
- Knowledge of Life Cycle Management, gated processes, or program health assessments.
- Ability to analyze trends in performance data and provide actionable insights.
