You’ll work on the Product Launch team at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of product initiatives. This role is crucial to our ability to launch best-in-class new product offerings, elevate customer value at scale, and drive cross-functional alignment across our largest enterprise engagements.

As a strategic program manager, you’ll own specific program deliverables, influence and track outcomes, and partner across teams to deliver measurable business and customer impact.

  • This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our new Framingham, MA office

  • Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

What We Can Offer You

  • Ownership & Visibility: Take lead on high-impact enterprise programs, defining approach, deliverables, success metrics, and outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Sales, and Finance to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and deliver cohesive execution plans.

  • Growth & Influence: Elevate internal processes from program intake and prioritization to risk management and launch readiness.

  • Development & Mentorship: Support and educate internal partners, including Sales and Customer Success teams on new product launches, program goals, and strategic outcomes.

  • Impact at Scale: Directly contribute to products and programs used by millions of employees globally, helping shape how enterprise customers adopt and realize value from Workhuman solutions.

  • Collaborative Culture: A collaborative environment that encourages innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. We foster continuous learning, inclusion, and innovation.

The Skills You Will Bring

  • Program Leadership Experience: 3+ years in program, project, or product management with enterprise-level responsibilities and complex scope.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Strong collaborator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical teams, with a track record of cross functional partnership.

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into structured program plans, measurable goals, and executable work across teams.

  • Process & Prioritization: Expertise in program intake, prioritization, planning, risk identification, risk mitigation, and execution tracking.

  • Communication & Influence: Clear, confident communicator capable of articulating program vision, status, challenges, and outcomes to a diverse set of stakeholders.

  • Customer & Business Focus: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities.

  •  Change Management: Working knowledge of change management principles, and continuous improvement processes.

Achievements

Candidates we’re excited to speak with will have demonstrated the ability to:

  • Drive Complex Initiatives: Successfully led large-scale, multi-team programs that delivered measurable customer and business impact.

  • Build Collaborative Process Improvements: Enhanced cross-team collaboration practices, intake flows, or delivery frameworks that improved efficiency or quality of outcomes.

  • Manage Cross-Team Dependencies: Identified and resolved program risks and blockers by partnering across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

  • Enable Teams to Execute: Empowered internal teams and external partners with clear requirements, documentation, and strategic guidance to execute with confidence.
