Program Manager

RSA Conference™ is the premier series of global events and year-round learning for the cybersecurity community. RSAC is the ultimate marketplace for the latest technologies and hands-on educational opportunities that help industry professionals discover how to make their companies more secure while showcasing the most enterprising, influential and thought-provoking thinkers and leaders in cybersecurity today.   

In this role you will:  

• Manage cross-functional and interdependent projects: coordinate plans across teams, solve problems and reprioritize efforts in order to keep larger company goals on track. 

• Create project plans, complete with timelines and responsibilities assigned. 

• Establish standard project management processes and documentation for use across RSAC, with an eye towards continuous improvement. 

• Communicate project status and metrics to key stakeholders. 

• Lead organization of agenda and content creation for Company Offsites. 

• Lead cross-functional steering committees 

• Execute ‘Special initiatives’ projects 

Your Profile: 

• Bachelors degree 

• 5-10 years experience in Program, Product or Project Management 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-level, cross-functional teams 

• Ability to think creatively and troubleshoot
