- Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them as needed.
- Provide project reporting and status updates through scorecards, reports, and stakeholder meetings.
- Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
- Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness for go-live.
- Own the relationship with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance throughout project delivery.
