* Job summary
* The Field Marketing team is a strategic business advisor to Sales, enabling go to market initiatives with curated content and messaging and aligning Sales priorities within CDW Marketing channels. As a conduit between Marketing and Sales, this team drives strategic customer engagement strategies through events, has expertise in go to market enablement and works to accelerate the sales process through various data tools and platforms. This team oversees and enforces annual marketing plan strategy and budget governance within the Sales organization, helping to ensure that agreed upon principles, processes and key milestones are taught, communicated, understood and adhered to. This team also supports the strategic roadmap, technology requirements, project management and user support of select seller tools and platforms, managing rollouts, upgrades, driving adoption and utilization, etc. Reporting to the Manager, Field Marketing, this role is responsible for the day-to-day alignment between Sales and Marketing through regular engagement, communication to align goals, messaging, customer journey and tactics for maximum impact and effectiveness. The Program Manager oversees the coordination of assigned projects and initiatives including planning, organizing, leading and controlling program deadlines, reporting and stakeholder communication.
* What you'll do
* Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in alignment with the organization's strategy and priorities.
* Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
* Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program.
* Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.
* Support development of department goals and plans, while tracking program success and/or suggesting corrective action based on data and insights.
* Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to aggregate various qualitative and quantitative data points to inform investment tradeoffs and drive a cohesive, cost-effective strategy.
* Lead strategy and event orchestration for priority CDW events; to include defining objectives, alignment across teams, measurement planning, formulation of contact strategy, content creation facilitation, sales communication and post-event evaluation.
* Advise the marketing organization on event prioritization and scope in support of CDW's annual planning process and ongoing, real-time decision-making.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience OR 7 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience
* Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven project management experience and ability to manage budgets.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving impact and innovation.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and campaign management tools preferred.
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed to CDW locations, meetings, events and/or client sites Pay range: $ 68,0000-$97,200 depending on experience and skill set Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
