The Program Guide ensures a safe environment for clients, provides customer service, and communicates effectively with clients in a trauma-sensitive manner.
Location: Framingham, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 5:15 a.m.- 1:45 p.m. and Saturday 5:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
Pay rate: $20.15-$23.33/hour

The Program Guide is responsible for:
- Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication.
- Greeting clients, customer service, monitor for client/staff safety, communicate with clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients in and out of the program orderly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working in customer service and/or with individuals with substance use disorders
- Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
