Provides nursing care and medication support across multiple correctional and healthcare facilities in the Southern Region. Ensures adequate staffing and cross-coverage, follows medical standards, and delivers compassionate patient care while traveling between program locations. The part-time role requires working more than 40 hours weekly when scheduled.

Oversee day-to-day operations of an outpatient substance abuse treatment program, supervise clinical and case management staff, ensure evidence-based care meets licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards, integrate clinical services across sites, and maintain high-quality, customer-focused service delivery.

Ensure a safe, pro-social environment at an outpatient treatment program by greeting clients, managing crowd control, monitoring safety (including parking lot), and using trauma-informed de-escalation strategies to resolve conflicts and coordinate staff support.

Provide recovery-focused case management for outpatient patients: perform intake assessments, develop individualized recovery plans, coordinate medical and behavioral health appointments, and liaise with community partners and providers to support patient goals and continuity of care.

Provide intake assessments, case management, documentation, and group treatment using the P.A.V.E. curriculum for court-mandated clients in an outpatient setting. Follow clinical protocols and compliance requirements.

Provide non-clinical engagement, education and support to individuals in the MOUD program pre-release and after reentry, coordinating community behavioral health services and family engagement to promote continued treatment and recovery.

The Outpatient Clinician provides individual and group therapy to clients with mental health and substance abuse issues and maintains clinical skills and licensure.

The Masters level Clinician assists in managing the clinical component of the Adolescent Detention Program, providing direct clinical services, assessments, crisis management, and leading therapy groups for at-risk youth.
