Manager, Product Consulting
Working within the Customer Solutions organization at Rapid7, the Manager – Product Consulting is a key member with a specific focus on building a team, upholding standards, deploying Rapid7 solutions in complex enterprise environments meeting both technical and business needs; leading with a passion for customer success, security technology, and innovation.
Responsible for delivering product consulting services to Rapid7’s enterprise customer-base as well as developing a standard methodology and team. Services revolve around Rapid7’s many products and its associated technical and operational integrations.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and maintain a methodology for Enterprise Success
Build and manage a team of highly skilled consultants
Expand the portfolio of service offerings that provide innovative options for delivering customer outcomes
Work with Rapid7’s various pre/post sales team stakeholders on defining success criteria and project plans for highly customized product and program deployment
Construct creative, solution-based approaches to architecture design, implementation and production roll-out
Advise on security best practices as they relate to Rapid7 technologies
Actively participate within Rapid7 Community and Security Industry as an advocate and advisor
Develop security architecture plans advise on Vulnerability Management best practices and workflows
Help facilitate value proposition for customers in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
Assist in deal tracking and prospecting for new and existing opportunities for service delivery
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a similar technical field) or equivalent experience
Experience developing and growing a talented and technical team of security practitioners
Experience communicating highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Experience working cross-functionally, learning and developing meaningful internal relationships to drive customer success
Ability to build and maintain meaningful customer relationships in the pursuit of driving impeccable customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing new service offerings that align directly with customer objectives and outcomes
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms; Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), etc.
