Job Description

Role
We’re looking for a passionate Product UX Designer to join the Product Design organization. You’ll work on small to mid-sized projects and contribute to more complex initiatives with guidance. From early ideation through launch, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and usability. Using your full range of UX skills, you’ll create experiences that delight users across physical and digital touchpoints. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Writers, and Product Managers.
  • Leverage user research to craft cohesive experiences.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, and UX documentation.
  • Ensure design consistency using reusable patterns and assets.

 
Qualifications and General Skills

  • BS/BA degree in User Experience, Human Factors Engineering, or related discipline; minimum of 2 years related work experience.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates creating concepts and detailing the customer journey.
  • Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, spacing, etc.).
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Must include a link to a portfolio to be considered for this role.
Hybrid role - Remote on Monday/Friday and in-person in Framingham Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $99,800-$137,150.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
