Create and deliver role-based training for Wilqo's Charlie product to customers and employees. Develop e-learning, videos, webinars, and in-person materials; partner with Product and Implementation teams; use assessments and metrics to evaluate adoption and refine content; leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation.

As a Product Training Specialist, you will be responsible for educating employees and customers on the features and functionality of the product Charlie. You will act as a change agent for our customers as they are going through the implementation process to facilitate strong product adoption. This position is responsible for content development and delivery.
Content Development:
- Design, create, maintain product training plans tailored to each role within the customer’s organization ensuring the appropriate level of knowledge for the end user.
- Partner closely with the Product team to translate Charlie’s product features and functionality into accurate, engaging and up-to-date learning content across various formats including e-learning modules, videos, webinars, and in-person training.
- Develop internal training to support onboarding.
- Continuously discover and implement new learning techniques and adult learning best practices to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to accelerate content creation, improve efficiency, and enhance the learner experience.
Training Delivery & Program Evaluation:
- Work closely with the implementation team to understand implementation plan and training requirements. Provide recommendations on personalized training needs.
- Develop and manage customer training plans and coordinate scheduling of training.
- Lead group classes, one-on-one coaching sessions, and webinars tailored to the customer’s roles as well as internal needs.
- Use surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics to check learning success and to refine learning content as needed.
- 5+ years of experience with technical product training
- Understanding of loan origination process with at least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, clear instructions
- Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Must be a relationship builder and team player with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels both internally and with customers
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
