As a Product Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of bringing innovative product solutions to life. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to gather insights, shape product requirements, and support roadmap execution. By developing deep product expertise and staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll help drive impactful decisions, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the success of your product portfolio.

This is a hybrid role based out of Locus Park, our Wilmington, MA headquarters. Candidates must be local; relocation is not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle of your product portfolio, from strategic planning to day-to-day execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to bring new concepts to life.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Define product requirements and release plans based on direct customer engagement and ongoing feedback.
  • Assist in developing and presenting business cases to support new product investments by contributing market research, analysis, and input into launch strategies.
  • Become a product and domain expert in customer interactions, including support and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to training materials and go-to-market planning.
  • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitive activity to inform product strategy.
  • Participate in the development of competitive analyses and financial models in support of investment decisions.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • 1+ years of successful hardware, software, and/or electro-mechanical product management experience.
  • 1+ years relevant industry experience in Logistics, Material Handling, Automation, or Robotics. 
  • Ability to set a vision and lead cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholders.
  • Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development. 
  • Demonstrated strength in making complex decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically to customer sites, trade shows, and events.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
