The Product Solutions Consultant will serve as a strategic bridge between Product Management, Sales, Client Executives, line-of-business stakeholders, and customers. This role is responsible for translating voice-of-the-customer insights into practical product solutions across C2B and B2C payment products, consumer-facing products, and health benefit accounts that solve business needs, strengthen customer relationships, and support revenue growth. The Product Solutions Consultant will combine product expertise, consultative selling skills, payment product knowledge, technical fluency, and strong business acumen to influence buying decisions, support upsell opportunities, and ensure customer and market segment needs are clearly represented in product strategy, technical requirements, solution design, and roadmap prioritization.
We're looking for a customer-focused product professional with experience across C2B/B2C payment solutions, consumer-facing products, and health benefit accounts. They excel at uncovering customer needs, translating business and technical requirements into scalable solutions, and partnering across Product, Sales, Client Executive, and Technology teams. With strong consultative, product, and payments expertise, they influence product strategy, support revenue growth, and help drive roadmap decisions based on customer demand, market opportunities, and technical feasibility.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

- Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Sales, Client Executives, and customers to identify business needs, product opportunities, and market trends
- Capture and translate voice-of-the-customer insights into product strategy, roadmap priorities, solution enhancements, and new product opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Client Executives to support pre-sales, product positioning, customer discovery, demonstrations, and revenue growth opportunities
- Advise customers on C2B/B2C payment solutions, consumer-facing products, health benefit accounts, and related product capabilities
- Translate customer needs into business, product, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, and delivery teams
- Assess solution fit, technical feasibility, implementation considerations, and product gaps while providing recommendations for future roadmap investments
- Support proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, and customer-facing materials with product expertise and solution positioning
- Drive alignment between customer expectations, product capabilities, and delivery outcomes to improve adoption, customer satisfaction, and business results

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management, product consulting, solutions consulting, sales engineering, client strategy, or a related customer-facing product role, with demonstrated ability to lead complex customer and product solution discussions
- 5 years supporting payment and financial technology products, including C2B/B2C payment solutions, consumer-facing products, health benefit accounts, payment flows, customer onboarding, implementation, and other complex healthcare financial services
- 4+ years with consumer-facing payment and benefit products and how they are designed, positioned, implemented, and adopted by customers and end users
- Experience translating customer needs into product and technical requirements
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and stakeholder alignment
- Proven excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
- Proven solid consultative selling and solution positioning capabilities
- Proven analytical problem solver with experience evaluating trade-offs and scalable solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, proof-of-concept discussions, or customer solution design
- Experience working with CRM, product analytics, customer feedback, or sales enablement tools
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles, roadmap planning, Agile practices, and business requirements documentation
- Proven solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer opportunities, stakeholder priorities, and product initiatives simultaneously
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Client Management, Operations, Technology, and other cross-functional teams
- Proven solid ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements and solution recommendations
- Proven ability to build business cases that connect customer needs, product capabilities, revenue opportunity, implementation feasibility, and customer value
