Product Owner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead and drive the development of innovative solutions, with a strong focus on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech technologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring successful product development, market adoption, and continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

·       Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap aligned with business goals, ensuring crypto-related projects deliver value and competitive differentiation.

·       Market & User Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.

·       Agile Development Oversight: Act as the primary liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to guide agile product development.

·       Requirement Gathering & Prioritization: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlog items.

·       Blockchain & Crypto Integration: Oversee the implementation of blockchain-based solutions, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and crypto payment functionalities.

·       Compliance & Security: Ensure regulatory compliance, security best practices, and risk management in crypto-related product development.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

·       Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track KPIs, customer adoption, and user engagement metrics, driving continuous improvement.

·       Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of advancements in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to drive innovation within CIEx and PSP.

Required Qualifications & Experience

·       Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in fintech, crypto, or blockchain-related fields.

·       Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi solutions.

·       Technical proficiency in working with developers, understanding APIs, digital wallets, and security protocols.

·       Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

·       Strong analytical skills for market research, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.

·       Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex crypto concepts for various stakeholders.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining product quality.

·       Familiarity with crypto regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR).
