As a Product Owner supporting our Onboarding and Workflows team, you will be the voice of our users and stakeholders, ensuring the development team builds intuitive, impactful features that streamline the client and advisor experience. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to drive the product vision forward, delivering efficient, compliant, and scalable workflows that support account setup, account maintenance, money movement, and advisor operations.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Communicate product requirements and priorities to the development team to ensure alignment with the onboarding and workflow strategy and vision;
  • Partner with stakeholders to define features that improve advisor and client workflows, such as digital onboarding, account funding, transaction processing, approvals, and operational automation;
  • Collaborate with engineering to plan sprints, manage dependencies, and coordinate releases;
  • Review and accept development work, ensuring it meets functional requirements, usability standards, and delivers business value;
  • Champion an iterative release process, continuously improving onboarding and workflow functionality with frequent, high-value updates;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related questions related to onboarding and workflows;
  • Monitor adoption, efficiency, and performance of workflows, sharing insights with senior management to inform strategy.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within wealth management, fintech, or financial services;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
  • Familiarity with digital client/advisor platforms, including functionality such as onboarding, money movement, account maintenance, and portfolio visibility;
  • Strong technical acumen with our tech stack (or similar) and enthusiasm for learning new tools;
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment;
  • Understanding of US financial services and regulatory requirements, with an ability to translate them into efficient, compliant workflows.
