Position Summary
CVS Health’s MarTech & Channel Enablement team drives incremental business value with personalized, data-driven, contextually relevant connected experiences across the CVS Retail, Pharmacy and Health Care businesses.

As the Product Owner for our personalization platforms, including Adobe Target & Adobe Experience Manager, you will help manage and grow our digital experimentation and personalization products and in turn, our personalization ecosystem. You’ll contribute to the product vision and translate it for the product development team. This role will help manage business requirements and prioritize the backlog for personalization technology tools leveraged to drive value and improve digital experiences across the enterprise. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:

    • Facilitate development and communication of a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization products supporting MarTech & Channel Enablement objectives

    • Align product strategies with business goals and marketing initiatives
       

  • Product Development & Management:

    • Manage business requirements of the product to maximize value, translate business requirements into technical requirements

    • Work with Engineers and architecture to ensure that feature requests are captured correctly and accurately, which includes technical scope support

    • Act as the bridge between the business and Engineering/Architecture teams, resolve any confusion, advise on key decisions

    • Define and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage roadmaps

    • Maintain governance materials and manage user access/permissions to Adobe Target
       

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Continuously and transparently communicate with internal stakeholders the prioritization of the product backlog and the status of development efforts via system demos, agile ceremonies, and team/program-level activities

    • Provide guidance and clarity to internal teams, ensuring specified acceptance criteria have been met and that features, and user stories meet the definition of done

    • Collaborate with technical teams across the company (including architects, quality engineers, and others) to ensure we are meeting our product objectives

    • Proactively work with architecture to ensure that solutions being developed now will continue to be extended and improved in the future

    • Work alongside the team to develop the long-term strategic product roadmap
       

  • Performance & Analytics:

    • Track progress toward objectives and key results (OKRs) for personalization products and ensure delivery of business value

    • Demonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management and user support

Required Skills:

  • Product Management: Experience in Product Management including full product lifecycle, roadmap and prioritization, understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling product features

  • Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Figma) to streamline product development processes

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues, craft solutions, and make data-driven decisions

  • Innovation & Curiosity: Interest in emerging technologies and curiosity to uncover innovation and drive product enhancements that meet business / user needs

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business drivers and ability to translate them into product requirements. Proven track record at working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise manner to technical, non-technical, and senior leader audiences

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with personalization tools and content management systems. Comfortable collaborating closely with technical teams and navigating technical constraints

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years' work experience in personalization technology capacity. Experience working with personalization technology a must (e.g., Adobe Target preferred, or Monetate, Optimizely, etc.)

  • 2+ years' understanding of the technology implementation of Adobe Target

  • 2+ years' experience working with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal or similar)

  • 2+ years' experience in managing projects across multiple cross-functional teams

  • 2+ years' Experience working in an Agile environment, prioritizing backlogs, and working with teams to implement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital Healthcare experience

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Adobe Target & AJO certifications

  • Good business acumen skills with a focus on written/oral communication for presentation purposes

  • Proven skills in managing teams and multiple projects, specifically those in a complex organization and spanning multiple planning iterations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, analytics or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
