Principal Global Enablement Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX. Must be located in Austin and or willing to relocate.
We are seeking a GTM Enablement Operations Program Manager to optimize the operational engine of our global go-to-market enablement function. This is a critical role that drives the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs by ensuring smooth execution and providing data-driven insights to the enablement team and GTM leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic thinker who can manage complex projects, lead process improvements, and serve as the operational backbone for our global enablement efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Program Management: Lead the execution of key global enablement initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with key business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve global enablement processes, from program request intake to delivery and reporting, to drive scalability and efficiency.
  • Data & Analytics Leadership: Partner with GTM leadership to enhance enablement reporting and dashboards, connect programs to performance metrics, and make data-informed recommendations that measure program impact, inform strategic decisions, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quarterly business reviews.
  • Technology & Systems Ownership: Serve as the operational owner and administrator lead for all enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS), directing day-to-day administration and ensuring the technology roadmap supports the long-term vision of the enablement team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison for enablement with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships and program requests to ensure alignment on prioritization and resource allocation. Uses data and insights to inform prioritization conversations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain clear, proactive communication channels with all enablement stakeholders, including trainers, speakers, and senior leadership, to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Global Team Support: Provide senior-level operational and logistical support for all global enablement classes and events, including sales kickoffs and other major GTM events.
Skills & Experience
  • Learning Agility: Be curious and quick to learn. We innovate and iterate quickly here. We don't expect you to know it all or have every skill, but we do expect you to be willing to lean into the unknown, test & learn, and produce results.
  • High-Impact Experience: 4-7 years of substantive experience in an operations or program management role within a fast-paced, global high-tech environment.
  • Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable, operational plans and lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Analytical Prowess: Comfortable with data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools, with a demonstrated ability to create actionable reports and dashboards for executive-level audiences.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills and experience managing multiple complex, interdependent projects under tight deadlines.
  • Technological Fluency: Deep expertise with sales tools, learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales methodologies, GTM motions, and the sales lifecycle.
  • Cultural Fit: A resourceful, proactive, and curious mindset with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Experienced in managing partnerships with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver enablement programs at scale.
