Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director, IT, the Product Owner, Enterprise Integrations is responsible for defining, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog for enterprise integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across the firm's core business applications, data platforms, and digital services. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to identify integration needs, establish priorities, and deliver scalable solutions that improve data flow, operational efficiency, and business outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and prioritize the enterprise integration backlog, aligning work with business goals, security, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and improve business processes and data flow across systems.
  • Govern backlog priorities, scope decisions, and functional tradeoffs through established governance processes.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support planning, backlog refinement, testing, demonstrations, and releases.
  • Drive continuous improvement of APIs, middleware, data integrations, monitoring, documentation, and user experience.
  • Assess the impact of application changes and enhancements, coordinating testing, validation, release readiness, and communications.
  • Ensure integration solutions meet legal, risk, security, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
  • Use product and adoption metrics, industry trends, and best practices to guide roadmap decisions, improve outcomes, and support organizational change and adoption.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business systems analysis, integration analysis, or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, workflow automation, or business process improvement initiatives
  • Working knowledge of APIs, middleware, data flows, integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, documentation, and release management
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with responsibility for backlog management, story refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives, stakeholder needs, and technical constraints into actionable requirements and delivery priorities

Preferred qualifications:
  • Background in professional services, accounting, financial services, or other matrixed business environments
  • Experience with integration platforms, API management tools, iPaaS solutions, enterprise service buses, event-driven architecture, or secure file transfer solutions
  • Experience coordinating with distributed, offshore, or third-party delivery teams
  • Formal Agile certification such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $117,000 to $158,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
