Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, strategy, or consulting
Ideal Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting digital product strategy, preferably for advisor-facing and client-facing portals
- Familiarity with advisor and client portal ecosystems, including authentication, navigation, self-service capabilities, and end-to-end digital journeys
- Ability to translate advisor, client, and business needs into clear product priorities that improve usability, adoption, and servicing outcomes
- Experience partnering across Operations, Technology, UX, and data teams to deliver seamless digital experiences across interconnected platforms
- Strong understanding of digital experience metrics, user behavior, and analytics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Experience with digital signature capabilities and signature workflows, including platforms such as DocuSign, to support secure, compliant, and streamlined advisor and client transactions
- Experience leading eForms and forms digitization efforts that simplify intake, reduce manual processing, and improve end-to-end digital servicing experiences
