What You’ll Do:
- Drive Operational Excellence Across Product & Engineering:
Coordinate end-to-end product development workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams. Support regular reporting processes to guarantee data accuracy and consistency and manage operational documentation to keep everyone aligned. - Champion Process Improvement:
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate obstacles, and enhance overall productivity across the product lifecycle. - Enable Tools & Best Practices:
Act as the go-to expert for project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel, PPT, Adobe). Promote tool and templates adoption, provide guidance, and ensure teams are leveraging the right resources to maximize efficiency. - Own Documentation & Training:
Maintain up-to-date product and process documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, clear, and reflect the latest changes. Regularly review and update process documentation to keep it relevant and useful for the team, supporting smooth onboarding and ongoing training efforts. - Support Product and Program Managers:
Partner closely with Product Managers and Program Managers to ensure smooth roadmap creation and management. Provide operational support, gather and organize key data, and help remove obstacles so they can focus on strategic priorities and delivering value to customers
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PPT, Adobe)
- Comfort using AI-powered productivity tools for research, document drafting, workflow automation, or data analysis
- Analytical mindset with competency in data collection, analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments
- Interest in technology and eagerness to learn about cybersecurity products
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is advantageous

The base salary range for this position is $100,000−$150,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
