WHOOP is hiring a Senior Lead, AI & Core Product Marketing to own positioning and drive go-to-market execution for WHOOP AI and the core software experience. This role will translate complex product innovation into clear, compelling member value and ensure launches are delivered with rigor, alignment, and measurable impact. As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with Product, Brand, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to bring new features to market and accelerate adoption, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Define positioning and messaging for WHOOP AI and core product features, translating technical capabilities into differentiated, member-centric value propositions
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market execution for feature launches, including launch briefs, messaging documents, cross-functional timelines, and readiness alignment
- Partner with Product leadership to bring voice-of-member and market perspective into roadmap discussions, ensuring features are built and launched with clear customer value
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Lifecycle, and Growth teams to activate launches across channels and ensure cohesive storytelling
- Establish clear success metrics for launches in partnership with Analytics, and use performance insights to refine messaging and improve feature adoption
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and emerging AI trends to continuously sharpen positioning within your product surface area
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2C product marketing experience, ideally within consumer technology, digital products, AI-enabled experiences, or subscription-based businesses
- Proven success leading go-to-market execution for software features or digital products with measurable impact on adoption, engagement, or retention
- Experience developing positioning and messaging for technical or AI-driven capabilities, with ability to translate complexity into clear consumer benefits
- Strong cross-functional operator with demonstrated ability to drive alignment and execution across Product, Brand, Creative, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience building launch briefs, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials
- Data-informed mindset with experience defining launch KPIs and using performance insights to iterate and optimize
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent launches
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
