Job requirements
As a Product Marketing Manager you will play a key role in connecting Aptia’s product innovations with the market, clients, and commercial teams. This role is responsible for translating new product releases and enhancements into clear, actionable messaging and materials that support external marketing, sales enablement, and client communications. The Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market planning for multiple product releases each year, ensuring consistency across internal and external audiences.This individual will serve as a central liaison between Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure new features and capabilities are effectively positioned, communicated, and adopted. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR technology and benefits administration.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead go-to-market planning for all product releases and enhancements, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value of Aptia’s solutions to target audiences, including clients, prospects, and brokers.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product overviews, one-pagers, competitive positioning guides, and presentation content.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Partner closely with internal teams to make complex product capabilities digestible and client-ready.
- Support communication to existing clients regarding new features and enhancements, ensuring teams are prepared to share updates effectively.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate technical product updates into compelling content for campaigns, events, and external communications.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related marketing function within HR technology or benefits administration.
- Proven experience leading go-to-market activities for new product releases or enhancements.
- Strong ability to distill complex information into clear, client-ready messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Strategic thinker who can balance high-level positioning with hands-on content development.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
