The Product Marketing Manager is a new, global role at Omilia, a leader in Conversational Artificial Intelligence (CAI). Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will be a technically astute product marketer, who can provide strategic input but at the same time remain tactical and be hands on to deliver in this individual contributor role. You will be responsible for building a professional product marketing function to support the company’s growth and amplify its thought leadership in the highly competitive CAI category.
You will introduce product marketing strategy into the product management and development processes, and work with subject matter experts to create thought leading perspectives, narratives and content and disseminate that internally and
externally. In concert with our Product House, Marketing and Sales, you will create effective go-to-market strategies to launch products. You will be required to analyze the market and our competitors to ensure we remain competitive and drive awareness of our differentiators across target audiences.
You will partner with the CMO to provide positioning, messaging, and content to drive awareness of the Omilia brand, product and differentiators, and support marketing for demand generation programs, multi-channel integrated campaigns and our PR program to engage press. Working closely with sales and marketing executive leadership, you will own the creation of content to support the sales team to qualify, progress and close sales opportunities.
Product Marketing Plan
- Collaborate with R&D, product management, and development teams to align GTM strategy.
- Maintain feedback loop between Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing for customer insights.
Positioning & Messaging
- Define global positioning, ICP, and value proposition with TAM insights.
- Build and refine a messaging house, including use cases, value props, and proof points.
- Work with Marketing to integrate messaging into all content assets.
Market Analysis
- Track customer pain points, buyer behavior, trends, and market opportunities.
- Enable Sales and Marketing to act on market triggers quickly.
Competitive Intelligence
- Continuously analyze competitors to shape product strategy and messaging.
- Centralize and share competitive insights with stakeholders.
Product Launches
- Lead execution of product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver positioning, messaging, collateral, and website/marketing content.
- Support Sales Enablement with product training and materials.
Content
- Work with business leaders and SMEs to develop persona-targeted content.
- Create assets like blogs, guides, white papers, social posts, video scripts, webinars, and RFP content.
- Align content with marketing campaigns and awareness goals.
Sales Enablement
- Ensure Sales, Marketing, and CS teams are trained and equipped with messaging and materials.
- Provide ongoing support for educational training sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to support demand generation and enablement efforts.
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment; ideally a career Product Marketer
- Domain expertise in the Artificial Intelligence market or products, with experience in customer experience, contact center, or adjacent markets
- Proven success in translating complex, technical material into compelling messaging backed by customer and market insights
- Experience launching new features/products and measuring their success
- Comfortable being the first Product Marketing hire and building the function from scratch alongside Marketing and Product leadership
- Fluent in business English

- Excellent presentation skills for engaging events, partners, customers, and prospects
- Strong written and verbal communication, with influencing capabilities
