About Rhapsody

Healthcare is innovating fast and AI is accelerating the pace. But AI is only as good as the data it can securely access. Today, moving data between providers, payers, and digital health innovators is still harder than it should be, and inconsistent data quality creates risk, rework, and stalled initiatives.

Our mission is to accelerate innovation by reducing the burden of data access and data quality so teams can build, deploy, and scale solutions with confidence. Rhapsody provides behind-the-scenes interoperability and data quality foundation that helps information move reliably between systems, across formats, and at the speed modern healthcare demands.

Most people won’t ever see our products during a medical visit (that’s infrastructure). Think of Rhapsody as the connective tissue and increasingly, the “data readiness” layer that enables digital transformation, analytics, and AI initiatives by making data accessible, trustworthy, and actionable.

If you want to help solve one of healthcare’s hardest problems, turning fragmented data into safe, usable information—apply at rhapsody.health.

What You'll Do:

Messaging, Positioning, & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop differentiated messaging frameworks that clearly articulate product value across segments and audiences
  • Refine buyer personas, ideal customer profile, and customer segmentation
  • Partner with Demand to create and implement go to market strategies that effectively communicate benefits of Rhapsody solutions to our target audiences
  • Partner with Content to create key content that supports campaigns and external positioning, including blog posts, case studies and more
  • Be aware of how Rhapsody shows up in SEO and GEO, and inform this so that we continue to meet buyers where they are and, in their language,

Market Insights, Go-to-Market Strategy, & Product Launch

  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Support measurement and analysis of GTM KPIs to identify data-driven strategies to improve pipeline development and win rate

  • Translate complex product capabilities & market themes into clear, value-driven narratives that will enable the team to win
  • Partner with GTM Activation team, who will train Sales, Customer Success, BDRs, and field marketing on new products, key market trends, and collateral.

AI

  • Transform workflows to be AI-first by connecting tools, building scalable automations, and standardizing best practices across teams to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases and developing solutions, and balancing experimentation with governance and quality standards.

  • Genuine interest in the commercial mechanics of the business including how positioning, packaging, and messaging choices show up in win rate, deal size, and ARR.
  • Equally comfortable writing the first draft of a narrative and pressure-testing it with data, this is a hands-on role, not a strategy-and-hand-off one.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders, and lead via influence.
