What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the AI operating system built for modern ecommmerce. We help you see what's actually working in your business, what's not, and what to do next. Then we take action for you — pausing the underperforming ad, generating the next batch of creative, flagging the inventory risk before it bites.

We pull every signal in your business into one place, and put it on the most trusted measurement foundation in the industry. Moby 2 doesn't just surface insights, it executes decisions for you, with automations that make the rest of your stack smarter.

The result: more than 65,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, OUAI, and True Classic turn mountains of complex data into actions that actually grow profit, at a speed and scale that is not humanly possible.

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager, Technology Partnerships will lead product marketing for Triple Whale’s strategic platform partnerships and growing technology partner ecosystem. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, and our customers, helping translate shipped capabilities, integrations, and validated measurement proof into clear, compelling stories that resonate across each audience.

A core focus of the role will be bringing partner-related work to market thoughtfully and effectively. This includes supporting go-to-market commitments with strategic platform and advertising partners, as well as helping launch partner-built integrations in a way that clearly communicates their value and impact.

The ideal person will be able to connect commercial priorities, product capabilities, and customer needs, then turn that context into strong messaging, enablement, and launch preparation that helps internal teams, partners, and customers understand what we’re building and why it matters.

What you’ll own
  • Develop joint positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives that explain partner capabilities, audiences, and customer value.
  • Lead launch readiness for partner-built integrations across Product, Partnerships, Partner Marketing, Sales, and CS. Align materials, enablement, dependencies, and responsibilities before activation.
  • Own product marketing deliverables for market development fund (MDF) programs, translating commitments into messaging, briefs, content, and enablement with clear scope and deadlines.
  • Support MDF reporting and partner updates with completed deliverables, customer insights, and validated proof, working with Partner Marketing.
  • Create reusable FAQs, launch content, partner briefs, and sales materials covering capabilities, use cases, limitations, and evidence.
  • Serve as Marketing’s liaison with partner GTM teams for research, positioning, launches, and feedback. Align expectations and resolve messaging questions with specialists.
  • Bring design-partner feedback and adoption insights to Product Management to inform roadmap discussions and messaging.
  • Tell the story of Triple Whale’s growing tech partner ecosystem and help partners communicate their integrations’ value.
How you’ll work across teams
  • With Partnerships: Translate priorities and commercial commitments into product marketing deliverables. Flag scope, timing, and capacity concerns without committing technical resources or changing terms.
  • With Product Management, Engineering, and the Partner Solutions Architect: Confirm scope, availability, dependencies, and limitations for accurate messaging and launches. Specialists own technical design and delivery.
  • With Marketing Science: Translate validated findings into customer value and proof, preserving limitations. Marketing Science owns methodology, study design, and measurement QA.
  • With Partner Marketing: Supply positioning, briefs, proof, and enablement. Partner Marketing owns program plans, calendars, campaigns, partner approvals, investment and campaign reporting, and marketing QBRs.
  • With the Program Manager: Track deliverables, dates, risks, and completion evidence in Jira. The Program Manager owns cross-functional delivery governance and payment readiness.
  • With Sales and CS: Enable customer conversations and capture feedback. CS retains the ongoing customer relationship and account adoption.
What you’ll bring
  • SaaS product marketing experience across positioning, messaging, copywriting, launches, and enablement.
  • Direct partner experience navigating commitments tied to commercial relationships.
  • Judgment to represent Triple Whale confidently, influence stakeholders, and push back diplomatically.
  • Comfort with integrations, measurement, and technical concepts; engineering or SQL skills aren’t required.
  • Strong project management, clear briefs and handoffs, and early risk escalation across concurrent launches.
  • Experience with MDF programs, commerce, advertising technology, or technology partner ecosystems is a plus.

The expected base salary for this role is $118,000–$130,000 per year.

Eligible employees receive medical coverage; a 401(k) with a company match of up to 3%; 30 days of paid time off accrued monthly after the first 30 days of employment; five sick days; and nine paid company holidays. Triple Whale also offers paid parental leave for eligible employees.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
