Job Description

About Lens:
Lens is the leading Kubernetes IDE designed to simplify Kubernetes management for developers and teams globally. We’re empowering thousands of users to achieve greater productivity and clarity in managing complex Kubernetes environments.

Role Summary:
As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Lens, you will play a critical role in defining, positioning, and launching products. You’ll collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to drive adoption, clearly communicate value, and grow our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging that differentiates Lens in the Kubernetes and developer tooling landscape.

  • Create go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates.

  • Produce high-quality content including product documentation, sales enablement materials, blogs, webinars, and customer case studies.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and strategy.

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure they are equipped with the tools and content necessary for customer conversations.

  • Track and analyze adoption metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure product success.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within developer tools, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or related technology fields.

  • Proven ability to craft compelling, clear messaging and value propositions.

  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and developer workflows.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Experience with developer-focused marketing and community engagement.

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
