There's likely a reason you've taken the time out of your busy day to review this opportunity at PulsePoint. Maybe you're in need of a change or there's “an itch you're looking to scratch.” Whatever the reason, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Do you want to join a company that takes pride in the work they do?

  • Do you want to work for a company that helps you navigate your career and invests in your development?

  • Is having an open and transparent leadership team important to you in your next role?

If you answered yes to the above questions, you are in luck… PulsePoint is hiring!

A bit about us:

PulsePoint is a leading technology company that uses real-world data in real-time to optimize campaign performance and revolutionize health decision-making. Leveraging proprietary datasets and methodology, PulsePoint targets healthcare professionals and patients with an unprecedented level of accuracy—delivering unparalleled results to the clients we serve. The company is now a part of Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company and owner of WebMD Health Corp.

Product Marketing Manager

You will have the opportunity to shape the product marketing function within a rapidly growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption and retention of PulsePoint’s suite of programmatic and analytics products. You will partner closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to execute on product positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy, exceptional customer experience, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. You will help drive and scale our marketing targeted to healthcare advertising agencies, pharmaceutical, medical device, and other healthcare organizations.

This is a lean, fast-moving team — you'll often be running multiple product launches at once, owning each end-to-end, with the expectation to lean into all resources available to work independently through completion.

This will be a great fit for you if:

  • You are intellectually curious about working at the cross-section of healthcare and technology for the purpose of driving positive health outcomes

  • You are a natural storyteller who can take complex information and ideas and simplify them into customer-friendly messaging

  • You enjoy launching new products with a strong go-to-market (GTM) strategy and you are a problem solver looking for new opportunities to improve product experience for our customers

  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing teams

  • You've operated in a lean or start-up environment where you owned outcomes end-to-end and didn't need close direction to hit day-to-day deadlines

  • You can juggle multiple concurrent launches at once from start to completion

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by shadowing sales calls, conducting user research, and identifying market trends

  • Independently own multiple concurrent product and feature launches end-to-end — from Alpha through Beta — developing messaging, launch assets, and serving as presenter and coordinator of product training

  • Build and deliver sales enablement kits, arming our GTM team with compelling collateral that communicates PulsePoint's value propositions and points of differentiation, and drives adoption, including pitch decks, one-pagers, explainer videos, and case studies

  • Execute product marketing assets to support marketing campaigns across all relevant channels in collaboration with the marketing team

  • Leverage data-driven insights and competitive research to help inform the sales and product team

  • Operate with minimal oversight, escalating only when necessary, while maintaining a consistent release cadence

What we want you to bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven, hands-on product marketing experience — specifically within ad tech or programmatic technology (not adjacent industries)

  • Demonstrated experience at high-growth organizations, where you owned execution end-to-end with little guidance

  • Deep, working fluency in programmatic technologies and strategies — able to speak to it credibly, not just familiar with the concepts

  • AI fluency — uses AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) as a core part of the daily workflow, synthesizing research (call notes, competitive intel, etc.) into structured insights

  • Building repeatable prompts or lightweight workflows for recurring tasks (launch checklists, competitive battlecards, release notes) so the same work doesn't get redone from scratch each time

  • A track record you can point to of shipping 1-2 product/feature releases per month

  • Professional experience in B2B enterprise-level technology

  • Experience in health or media strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Canva, and Asana a plus

  • Proven track record for supporting go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, marketing promotion, and competitive intel

  • Ability to translate and condense highly technical product offerings into language for a variety of audiences

  • Willingness and ability to work East Coast business hours, regardless of your location

What we'll give to you:

  • Comprehensive healthcare with medical, dental, and vision options, and 100%-paid life & disability insurance

  • 401(k) Match

  • Generous paid vacation and sick time

  • Paid parental leave & adoption assistance

  • Annual tuition assistance

  • Better Yourself Wellness program

  • Group volunteer opportunities and fun events

  • Commuting subsidy and commuter benefits

  • A referral bonus program — we love hiring referrals here at PulsePoint

Salary Range:

  • $120-140k base + $12-14k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance

And there's a lot more!

Selection Process:

  1. Initial Phone Screen (45 mins)

  2. Hiring Manager Video Call (60 mins)

  3. Team Interview (2-4 people, 30 mins)

  4. Assignment

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
