This is a remote position based in the United States.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Gather and prioritize product requirements in support of the product roadmap; translate market and business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
Partner closely with Engineering to drive the product vision and continuously define and refine requirements across a broad set of features and use cases.
Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery and requirements through release, implementation, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
Lead development of APIs and integration capabilities, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, well-documented, and reliable solutions.
Drive alignment across interconnected products and systems, balancing the needs of multiple user groups and stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, implementation teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery against business and customer objectives.
Leverage data and insights to understand customer needs, behaviors, and business outcomes; translate insights into product improvements and new features.
Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
In lieu of a degree, an additional 3 years of relevant experience will be considered
3+ years of experience in a Product role or equivalent experience within a software delivery or operational environment (e.g., Engineering, Business/Systems Analysis, UX, Support, or relevant domain experience within Back-Up Care or similar services)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with B2B and/or SaaS-based solutions
Experience in healthcare, benefits, or service-based/outsourcing environments preferred
Experience with software project management tools
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or connected systems preferred
Strong ability to define functional requirements and translate business needs into product solutions
Track record of delivering high-quality, customer-focused products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify risks and opportunities
Self-starter with the ability to drive decisions and lead initiatives end-to-end
Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and organizational levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000-$135,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
