What You'll Do

  • Drive Onboarding Excellence: Lead initiatives to design seamless, intuitive onboarding experiences that convert new users into loyal customers.
  • Boost Customer Engagement: Use data-driven strategies to improve product adoption, retention, and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, and sales to create customer-focused solutions.
  • Champion the User: Conduct research and leverage insights to refine workflows and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Optimize for the Market: Tailor solutions for the U.S. market, considering its unique challenges and opportunities—especially for a highly intelligent but cautious audience in adopting new AI tools.
  • Measure Impact: Continuously monitor product performance, using analytics and feedback to make informed improvements.

Who you are

  • SaaS Expert with At least 5 years of experience managing B2C SaaS products, with a proven track record of improving onboarding and customer engagement.
  • UX Advocate: Deep understanding of user experience design principles and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces.
  • Data-Driven: Skilled in using analytics tools to measure and enhance product performance.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. consumer behavior and the healthcare landscape is a significant advantage.
  • AI Enthusiast: Excited about leveraging AI to solve complex problems and improve users' lives.
  • Collaborative Leader: A natural team player who excels at building relationships across departments.

Work Environment & Location

At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Boston. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
