We're hiring a Product Manager to drive innovation in our logistics platform, leading cross-functional product development and delivering solutions with real-world impact.

What will you do?

  • Define product strategy for your designated Bringg Platform Module, and translate that strategy into well defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including go-to-market, customer success, engineering, analytics, and design/user experience.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.

What will you need?:

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a B2B industry environment and a passion to solve problems
    • Experience in last-mile, logistics, transportation management, or supply-chain is preferable, but not a requirement
  • Strong product sense and ability to do deep discovery to really understand the needs of various customers.
  • Ability to make clear decisions and prioritize using a balance of data and intuition, in an environment with imperfect information.
  • Excellent collaboration and ability to communicate well across functions, from engineering about technical requirements, all the way to communicating with marketing on problems and value.
  • The ability to work well across time-zones. as Bringg is a distributed company, with go-to-market teams in North America, and development teams in Eastern Europe and Israel.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for on-site customer visits.

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $140,000-$160,000 OTE annually. The salary range is determined by experience, seniority, and additional factors.
